From the bow which has a steel locker, there is a 4ft 3in self draining well deck, glazed cratch frame, zipped and studded vinyl cover with clear panels.  There are steal locker/seats and a dropdown table.  The 160 gallon stainless steel fresh water tank is located beneath the well deck.  The brass headlamp and horn are mounted on the front of the cratch.

 

Fixtures & Fittings

The ceilings are lined with Oak veneered plywood.  Cabin sides are lined with Ash veneered plywood.  Hull sides are lined with solid Oak tongue and groove or Ash veneered plywood.  All the interior wood has been framed and trimmed with solid Oak.  Floors throughout are solid Oak with the exception of the bathroom which has vinyl tiles.

 

Saloon 12ft

Hardwood, top glazed, stable style front doors open out onto the front deck with steps down into the saloon.

Fixed FurnitureLow level corner shelving, for books etc.  Custom made Oak dining table.

Heating:  Radiator and Stovax multi fuel stove.

Lighting:  4 portholes.  10 halogen down-lights

Galley 8ft 6in

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

galley1.jpgThe custom built galley has burr wood doors and drawer fronts with solid Granite worktops and splash-backs.

Base units: 1 x cupboard beneath the sink, 3 pull-out units, 3 drawer unit, integrated fridge and washer/dryer.

Appliances:  DeDietrich induction four ring hob, oven and grill.  Indesit automatic washer/dryer.  Farmhouse porcelain sink with chrome monobloc tap.

Lighting:  1 x porthole, 1 x set steel side doors, wood panelled internally with interior glazed window.  6 halogen down-lights.

Power:  2 x 240v double sockets

Master bedroom 11ft 6in

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Furniture: Extendable double bed with storage cupboards above and below.  Large full height double wardrobe, 3 drawer chest, computer desk and bedside cubbyholes.

Lighting: 1 x porthole. 1 x set steel side doors, wood panelled internally with interior glazed window.

Heating: 1 x radiator and Finrads set beneath the wardrobe.

Power: 3 x 240v double sockets.1 x TV point.   

 

Bathroom 7ft

                                                                             

The well-appointed bathroom has a white suite, comprising of large corner shower with chrome mixer tap and shower attachment. Domestic size corner porcelain basin with chrome monobloc tap.  Sani Marin macerator electric flush pump-out  WC with 40-gallon waste tank.

 

Lighting: 1 x porthole with privacy glass.  Halogen downlighters.

Aft cabin

 

 A door leads into the aft cabin where the engine and batteries are located under the floor panels.  There is a more than adequate 11kw Onan generator, which is concealed behind cupboard doors.   Steel rear doors, wood panelled internally with a steel sliding roof hatch lead to the rear deck and steering position.  All other controls and hardware for the running of the boat is also housed in this area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The single lever engine control is mounted just inside the stern doors.  Marine ply boards covered in anti-slip vinyl have been used on the floor.  There is a wet locker and cupboard housing the calorifier.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The electric panels, with the 24v dc distribution board, the 240v breakers, and the three battery switches.  Also here is a tank status panel, which shows the contents of the fuel, water and holding tanks, using a system of lights.  All the panels are made to a modular design, which enables them to be quickly replaced should a fault develop.

Water

The 160 gallon stainless steel water tank is located under the front well deck. Water pump with pressure switch and accumulator is housed under the front step.  The twin coil calorifier is heated by the diesel fired central heating boiler, 240v immersion heater and/or the engine exchanger.

 

Heating

Heating is provided by the Stovax multi fuel  stove and/or the Eberspacher diesel fired boiler running 3 radiators and the towel rail.

24v lights throughout protected by fuses

2 x engine driven alternators, 95amp/hr and 5 amp/hr

1 x 100 amp/hr engine start battery.

1 x 100 amp/hr generator battery

4 x 120 amp/hr leisure batteries.

11kw Onan diesel generator.

Engine & Transmission

The boat is powered by a Beta Marine engine, 43hp water cooled, marine diesel engine, PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox with 2:1 reduction turning propeller.  The exhaust is lagged, silenced and vents under the stern deck.  The engine powers 2  alternators to charge the start battery and the 4 leisure batteries.

 

Bow Thruster

9 hp powered by 2 batteries.

 

Exterior Finish

The boat was painted by Fernwood Craft using coach enamels when completed in 2003 and is in excellent condition.  The hull is protected by black bitumen, 4 anodes and a galvanic isolator.

 

Gas

This is a gas free boat.
