John and Lyn are delighted to host two charity events a year at the marina.
IIn the spring the IWA hold a 3 day event with live music, BBQ, boules, croquet and a real ale bar.
IIn the early summer, a rockfest is held in aid of MacMillan Cancer Fund with live music, real ale bar and BBQ from 2pm till around 10pm. In 2009 the event raised over £2200 for the charity and in 2010 we raised over £2100, a superb result in the current economic climate!
The Rockfests mainstay group, SWEET REVENGE, have appeared (free of charge) at all three Bill Fen Rockfests. Here they pose with John and Lyn's narrowboat; 'NB Sweet Revenge'.
